Production is a dramatic art, where technique and creativity are at the heart of my studies. I was first introduced to the world of set design through Giger’s work on the Alienfilms. I am inspired by the dramatism and creativity of his sets; through the clever use of human body parts to represent landscapes and objects such as using ribcages to portray the spaceship. I then perused this interest and intrigue of set designs further through my Production Arts studies where I explored designing and constructing for live theatrical performances.
